- Structure of coal compounds and aromatic new materials
- Biochemical and biotechnological characteristics of mongolian food plants
- Molecular structure of polysaccharides of mongolian medicinal plants

International Affair
Since 1970 the international communication has started when the institute’s biochemists collaborated with Bakh Institute of Biochemistry, Russia; Institute of Organic Chemistry, Check Republic; Institute of Chemistry Slovak republic and distinguished the premier molecule structure of the purified proteins and carbonhydrates obtained from animals and plants. Hence the evaluations of their theoritical study had been known by its international aim. Through the cooperation with the Institute of Fossil Fuels, Russia; NEDO, Japan  research works on coal liquifaction for production of liquid fuels were performed.
The structure identifications of biological active compounds obtained from mongolian plants were accomplished jointly with the Chemical Institute of Plants, Uzbeckstan Academy of Sciences; Institute of Organic and Bioorganic Chemistry, Check Republic; Institute of organic chemistry with Centre of Phytochemistry, Bulgaria; Institute of Plant Chemistry, Pakistan, University of Bonn, Humboldt University, Free University, Germany; Novosiberian Institute of Organic Chemistry, Russia.
Cooperated studies with Irkutsk Istitute of Chemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences; on the synthesis of biological active silicoorganic compounds, analysis of the rare and precious metals, activity of silicoorganic sorbents to be enriched have got as far as the international issues by their scientific information and results.
Mongolian phosphorite technology was studied with “Union Process” Co., USA and developed. At the processing and the physical chemistry of silicocompounds, the hydrochemistry, mechanochemistry of mineral spring were studied with the Institute of the Earth Frost Study, Irkutsk, Russia; Affiliated Institutes of Solid Chemistry, Geology, Geophysics, Mineralogy and has been given their efforts to enlarge techniques, technologies and scientific knowledge.
